Questions shop owners ask

Does it work without internet?

Yes. Billing, stock and printing keep working offline. When the internet is back, your data is backed up to the cloud.

Are the bills GST-ready?

Yes. Bills show GSTIN, HSN codes and tax split, and the Reports screen prepares GSTR-1 files (B2B, B2CL, B2CS, HSN summary, credit notes) to give to your CA.

Which printer do I need?

It prints on 80mm thermal bill printers and normal A4 printers. Tell us the printer you have and we'll check it before setup.

Can I add all my products quickly?

Yes. Add products one by one or import them all at once from a CSV/Excel file, with price, GST % and barcode.

Can my staff use it?

Yes. The owner and staff have separate logins, and only the owner sees settings and reports.

What if I forget the password?

You get a recovery key at setup. With it you can reset the login without losing any bills or stock.

Do you install it and train us?

Yes. We set it up at your shop, add your shop details and logo, and train you and your staff.

Can you add a feature my shop needs?

Usually yes — tell us what you need and we'll let you know if it can be added and the cost.
